We strive to deliver services within the timeframes specified at the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on:
- Platform-specific limitations and requirements
- Service volume and complexity
- Technical issues or circumstances beyond our control
Service Quality
We deliver high-quality, organic-looking growth that complies with social media platform guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee:
- Permanent retention of followers or engagement
- Specific outcomes or results
- Immunity from platform policy changes
Account Registration and Responsibilities
Account Creation
To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse our services, promotions, or referral programs is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Purchases and Payment
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices include:

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

- Natural follower drop (industry-standard 5-10% drop rate)
- Dissatisfaction with results due to unrealistic expectations
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support@socibly.com within 30 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Use automated tools or bots to access our services
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in any activity that interferes with others' use of our services
- Abuse our refund policy or attempt chargebacks fraudulently
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs
- Use our services to violate third-party rights or platform policies
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

User Content
By providing content to us (feedback, suggestions, reviews), you grant Socibly a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

“Socibly” and our logo are trademarks of Socibly. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Platform Disclaimer
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Use of our services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socibly shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Account suspension or termination by social media platforms
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Socibly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you provide to us
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@socibly.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for completed or in-progress services.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse our services or staff
- Fail to pay for services
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments
